1. House Capacity:
In the interest of guest health and safety and in compliance with fire regulations the law forbids that any rental property accommodates more people than there is actual bed space. Please list all guests and include the ages of anyone under 18.The total number of people staying must not exceed the capacity of the house, that being 6. It is important that you confirm the exact number in the party when you make your booking. This location is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility difficulties. Please let us know of any other special requirements when booking.

2. Bookings:
Bookings are normally done by e-mail but they can also be done by telephone or fax. No contract shall be formed between you and Old Irish Seasons Ltd. until you have received confirmation that Old Irish Seasons Ltd. has accepted your booking.

3. Who can book:
This Site and its Holiday Services are only available to people who, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under Irish law. You must be aged 18 years or more to book a Holiday Service from this Site and there must be at least one adult (18 years or more) traveling on any one booking. Your booking is made direct with Old Irish Seasons Ltd.

4. Deposits:
A deposit is required for the "package holiday" and "selfcatering" options. 50% of the total booking with your reservation, the balance is due (6 weeks for package holidays and 4 weeks for self catering)  prior to the arrival date.

5. Payment: by credit card via PayPal, bank draft of cheque. All prices are V.A.T. inclusive.

6. Cancellation:

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will apply:

B & B/Half Board - If cancelled up to 2 days before arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled late, or in case of no show, the full amount will be charged.

Self Catering -  In the event of a no-show, or a cancellation less than 4 weeks before a holiday begins, the whole rent is payable. With more than 4 weeks notice, only the deposit will be forfeit.

Package Holidays - In the event of a no-show or a cancellation less than 6 weeks before a holiday begins, the whole amount is payable unless we succeed in re-letting. With more than 6 weeks notice, only the deposit will be forfeit. 

* We recommend that you arrange cancellation insurance. Ask your insurance agent.*

7. Arrival & Departure:
Transfer to and from the port or airport is part of the "package holiday." As guests arrive into the country at different times it is important to contact the manager 24 hours before arrival to confirm the collection time from the airport. Please keep in touch with him if you are delayed.

8. Extra Expenses:
All ancillary purchases and costs are not covered by Old Irish Seasons Ltd.

9. Pets:
Pets are not allowed.

10. Children:
Children over 12 are welcome.

11. Disabled:
The hotel and packages are not suitable for disabled persons.  

12. Sundries:
You should let us know when booking if you  have any other special requests.

13. Self Catering Option
Included in the rental is electricity, central heating, linen, towels and daily cleaning.

13. Complaints:
Should you have a complaint, please bring it to the attention of the Supervisor or Manager. We hope we can then resolve the matter as quickly as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with the response, you should e-mail or write to the Manager within 14 days of departure.

14. Conduct:
If the behaviour or conduct of any person staying is likely to affect the safety or well being of any other guest or of themselves, the holiday will be cancelled with no refund.

15. Damage to Property
In the self catering option, the customer is fully liable for any damage that may occur to the property or its contents. The customer is requested to inform the owner as soon as any such damage occurs. 

16. Force Majeure:
Should the accommodation you have booked not be available due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

17. Price Changes:
We reserve the right to amend or change prices quoted on paper or the Internet site due to error, omission, price changes or changes in the Value Added Tax (VAT) or international exchange rate.

18. Booking changes:
Alterations of a confirmed booking can be made; however, amendments will be charged a re-booking fee.

19. Changes of Terms of Use
Old Irish Seasons Ltd. reserves the right at any time to revise, amend, alter or delete the information provided on this website. If changes occur they will be effective immediately. By using this Site after we have changed the Terms of Use, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.

20. Changes to the Site
While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy in compiling and checking our brochure, website and all other written information, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions. Further, we may change this site at any time and without notice. This will be without liability to you.

21. Law and Jurisdiction
Every booking shall be deemed performed in the Republic of Ireland. This site is not intended for use in jurisdictions outside the Republic of Ireland. Irish law shall govern each of the bookings made with Old Irish Seasons Ltd., including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which arise out of such bookings. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any booking.

Any links featured on this Site have been included for your convenience only. The inclusion of a link does not imply that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the linked site, its content or its provider. Access to a linked site will be subject to that site's own terms and conditions, to which you should refer.

23. Data Privacy
We will respect the privacy of your data, which you supply to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will comply with all applicable data protection legislation in respect of it. You agree to keep your data accurate and up to date and promptly to send us any new or revised personal data. You further agree that we may use your personal data in the ways advised in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the site, for example, by computer hackers.

Information on this site can be selected for ones own personal use or sent to friends and colleagues. Commercial use of the information on this site is prohibited.

25. Disclaimer:
Old Irish Seasons Ltd. is not liable for any damage, loss or personal injury to persons or property at any time during your stay.

In addition, we do not promise that this Site will always be available or that its operation will be error free, nor do we accept responsibility for any adverse effects of accessing it, or downloading material from it. Old Irish Seasons Ltd. does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access this Site, any interruption or failure to complete a transaction.
